Terms and Conditions – JeetKing Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the JeetKing platform in any capacity — whether to browse, deposit, place bets or participate in any game — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you create a JeetKing account or first access the platform.

Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified status may be withheld until verification is complete.

If it is found at any time that a player was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all deposits will be refunded, and any winnings will be forfeited in full. JeetKing takes its age verification obligations seriously and applies these rules without exception.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on JeetKing. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — is a direct breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number you own, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. JeetKing will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access occurred because you shared, disclosed or failed to protect your password.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact JeetKing support immediately. JeetKing may temporarily suspend your account while the matter is investigated.

• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Account details, including name and date of birth, cannot be changed once verified — this is to protect against identity fraud.
• JeetKing may request additional verification at any point as part of its ongoing security processes.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated via the contact details on file.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on JeetKing are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your JeetKing account immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment channel used. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. JeetKing does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — those are outside JeetKing's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing times apply as displayed in your account. VIP members enjoy faster processing times as part of their programme benefits. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods you own and have previously used on the platform — this is to protect against fraud and money laundering.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.
• JeetKing reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before they are processed, subject to platform conditions at the time.
• In cases where a deposit is reversed or charged back by a payment provider, JeetKing reserves the right to reverse any winnings generated from that deposited amount and close the account.

JeetKing does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

JeetKing offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers:

• Bonuses are credited to your account once the qualifying deposit or action has been completed as described in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.

JeetKing monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and patterns indicating coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and balances forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules

JeetKing offers multiple game categories including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Sports Betting and Esports. Each category operates under its own set of game-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to those game-specific rules.

All games on JeetKing use certified random number generators (RNG) where applicable. Live Casino games are operated through certified live dealer studios with independent oversight. The outcome of any game is determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered after the fact by either the player or the platform.

• Bets placed and accepted cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has begun.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, JeetKing's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a round cannot be reconstructed from logs, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

JeetKing is committed to maintaining a fair, secure and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, script or tool that automates gameplay, places bets or interacts with the platform without direct human input is prohibited.
• Exploiting software errors: Intentionally exploiting any bug, glitch or error in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in Live Casino games, poker or any other game to gain an advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, engaging in chargebacks after receiving winnings, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Money laundering: Using JeetKing as a mechanism to deposit, move or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. JeetKing applies transaction monitoring and cooperates with relevant authorities where legally required.
• Multiple account bonus abuse: Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses, referral rewards or any other promotional offer more than once.

JeetKing monitors all accounts and gameplay activity on an ongoing basis. Players who are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not receive advance notice before account suspension where the conduct warrants immediate action. JeetKing's decision in all fair play matters is final.

8. VIP Programme

JeetKing's VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on gameplay activity as measured by the platform's tier point system. • VIP tier benefits including faster withdrawals, higher limits, cashback rates and dedicated account management are tied to your current tier and subject to change as tier levels are reviewed periodically.
• Tier points may expire if your account is inactive beyond a specified period. This will be communicated to you in advance.
• VIP status and associated benefits are personal to your account and cannot be transferred to another player.
• JeetKing reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate VIP benefits for any account found in breach of these Terms and Conditions, including fair play violations or bonus abuse.
• Entry into higher VIP tiers does not exempt players from any of the standard Terms and Conditions, including verification requirements and responsible gaming rules.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

JeetKing reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with fair play rules.
• At the player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason — including player-requested closure — the real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completing any required verification steps.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account or request self-exclusion should contact JeetKing support directly. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
